Group Overview

The First Presbyterian Church of Hanford, in coordination with the United Methodist Church, has an exciting fellowship program specifically for singles. The purpose of this group is to provide wholesome and fun fellowship opportunities for Hanford singles who are in, or close to, their 40s or 50s. This is a diverse group with singles from a number of different churches in Hanford and singles currently not attending church. There are also several singles from outside the Hanford area. The common thread is that everyone is friendly and interested in enjoying active fellowship opportunities with other singles.

The singles group has an outing or activity on the fourth Saturday of each month. The group also has a social at 6:00 PM the Monday before the fourth Saturday of each month. That evening they make final arrangement for the weekend outing and enjoy coffee and dessert while playing cards, board games, and socializing. The socials are held in the First Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall at 340 N. Irwin St. Come and join in on the fun!
